Diabetes Take Charge Support Group
This group meets the third Tuesday of each month, September through May, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Page Memorial Hospital Day Room. Meetings are led and topics are coordinated by Melanie-Moses Stanley, Certified Diabetes Educator. This meeting would be beneficial to individuals with diabetes, caregivers for those with diabetes, or anyone wanting to learn more about this condition.
Cost: FREE

Note: The Diabetes Support Group Meeting for Tuesday, May 20th will not be held as scheduled. There will however, be a meeting of the Diabetes Support Group on Tuesday, June 17th at 7:00 p.m.
