Convenient Care

Convenient Care is an affordable clinic for anyone who needs after-hours care at Page Memorial Hospital for an illness or a non-life-threatening injury that would normally be seen in the emergency room.

Hours:
6:00 pm – 12 midnight, seven days a week

Where to go:
Our Convenient Care entrance is through Page Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Department doors. Please check-in at the reception desk.

What to expect:
Upon check-in, you will be assessed to determine if it is more appropriate for you to be seen in the Emergency Department right next door.

Who should come to Convenient Care
Anyone who needs after-hours care for minor illnesses, such as

• Sore throat
• Flu
• Colds
• Asthma
• Rashes
• Earaches
• Infections

Or minor, non-life-threatening injuries, such as:

• Sprains
• Fractures
• Lacerations
• Minor burns

Convenient Care is not recommended for children 3 and under, and seniors over 65 with serious medical conditions. These patients typically require more intensive care than Convenient Care will provide and may need to be seen in the Emergency Department.

Convenient Care is Affordable.
Convenient Care is an affordable alternative to the emergency room. Most insurance plans are accepted and those with insurance will have a co-pay similar to a clinic visit.
